退換貨政策 Return and Exchange Policy:
1. 當網上付款程序完成後，恕不接受退貨、退款服務。閣下必須於訂購前，小心核對所有貨品資料，包括產品型號、規格和價錢。
2. 所有貨品圖片只供參考，貨品以實物為準。閣下如因產品未能符合個人喜好或質素未如理想，恕無法退換。
3. 所有貨品如收貨後受人為損毁或破壞，恕我們未能負責。
4. 如貨品經代理商檢查証實不合生產標準，可享十四天更換保障。
5. 承上第4點，經協商後如本公司同意更換之貨品必須包裝完整、沒有任何損毀、刮花痕跡及曾經被水及/或其他物質浸濕及/或破壞之現象。
6. 更換貨品 / 更換服務計劃時須出示有效之發票及付款證明。
7. 如因代理商缺貨，則可換其他同等或更高價值的貨品(須補貼相關差額)。
8. 如因供應商船期 / 貨期導致出貨延誤，均不接受退款申請。
9. 如有任何爭議，我們保留最終決定權。
1. When the payment process is completed, it cannot be refunded. You must carefully check all goods information, including model, specification and price before ordering.
2. The good picture(s) at eShop is simply for reference only, please make the physical object as the standard. You will not be able to return or exchange the good(s) if they don't meet their personal preferences or the quality is not satisfactory.
3. Not able to exchange and refund if those who disassemble it by themselves or the warranty label is damaged and unknown.
4. If the good(s) are checked by the agent and found to be out of production standards, you can enjoy 14-day exchange guarantee.
5. Following the above , if the company agrees to replace the good(s) after negotiation, the good(s) to be exchanged should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water and/or other substance damage.
6. A valid invoice and proof of payment must be presented when replacing goods/service plans. You must present a valid invoice and proof of payment when you exchange the good(s)/service plans.
7. If the agent is out of stock, it can be exchanged for other goods of the same or higher value (subsidizing the relevant difference).
8. No refund application will be accepted if the shipment is delayed due to the supplier's shipping date/delivery date.
9. If there is any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
